I’m Phoebe — a traditional artist who found a second creative outlet in baking. What started as a quiet passion eventually grew into Phoebe’s Cakery: a small, home-based cake studio where each cake is made from scratch with care, curiosity, and a love for thoughtful detail.

I bake in my home kitchen here in Tulsa, Oklahoma, using high-quality ingredients and as many handmade elements as possible. Every cake is custom-designed and baked to order — no shortcuts, no rush — just a creative process focused on flavor, texture, and design.

From vintage holiday cakes to romantic floral designs and bold, unexpected flavor combinations, I love working on cakes that feel personal and unique. I take on a limited number of orders to ensure each cake gets the time and attention it deserves and a bit of magic as well.
